The myths spread faster than the trues, that is why I am going to explain some of the most common myths in the credit repair area, one of the biggest myths is that you need a professional agency to manage your debt problems, this agencies can help you nevertheless they charge big fees for something you can handle yourself pretty well.
Myth 1: I need help…I can’t do it myself
As with many things, we need help once in a while, but credit repair is certainly something that you can do quite easily on your own with a little elbow grease and time. When I first looked at my credit report back in January 2007, I saw some late pays, a judgment, and some other “not so good” marks on my credit report. I screamed, “I’ve got to get a credit agency to help me with this! There’s no way I can do this myself!” Yeah, so I thought. How did I do it myself? I got educated that’s it. And now, you are going to get the best education on how to repair, rebuild, and maintain your credit score. After some time of taking a more in-depth looking into my credit report, I noticed some huge mistakes by either the creditor or credit bureau. These were not my mistakes, but the mistakes of “The Man.” I found mistakes on multiple accounts, ranging from multiple late pays, wrong accounts, to closed accounts, when in fact they were open. Turns out, it’s estimated that anywhere from 75% to as many as 90% of credit reports contain errors.
The Myth number 2: Your bad credit can’t be fix.
Not at all, having a bad credit rate does not mean you can’t fix it, it may take you some time to do it, but you can definitely do it. There are several avenues to repair your credit, build positive lines of credit and returning on the good credit path. One of my most embarrassing stories occur me when I was applying for a Banana Republic card and I was denied in the middle of a very important Holiday, improving your credit it is just a matter of get the right education on the right topics and with my videos you will get all the education you need.
The myth # 3: One credit Score is all you have.
In reality, you have three credit scores, one from each of the major credit reporting agencies. All three will give different scores, so when applying for credit one company may use one company and other place a different one. It’s always good to know your score from all three bureaus. They can vary by as much as 50 points.
Myth # 4: Your score will decrease if you check it.
There are two types of inquiries that will appear on your credit report: hard and soft inquiries. Hard inquiries are from companies you wish to get credit from. These will affect your credit score. Soft inquiries are usually when you check your credit report online or from companies obtaining your information for promotional purposes. Soft inquiries don’t affect your score.
The Myth # 5: If you are shopping around for a Loan your score will be lower.
This is one of the most common myths, remember that if you are looking for a credit from several vendors (mortgage, car loans, home loans, etc…), all this inquiries will appear in your credit report just once but remember that this just apply if the same kind of inquiry is made within 14 days, the only exception to this rule are credit cards.
Myth # 6: If I remove all the negative items my credit score will improve.
This is a partial true, because as a matter of fact erasing your bad marks is just one part of the whole solution, what will boost your credit score is building “positive credit”. Can you still remember those days were you were turned down from a credit card company because you did not have credit? actually what they were trying to say is that you did not have build a “positive credit” with credit card companies.
“How to reduce your credit card interest rate with one simple phone call” this is a free advice
It’s actually quite simple. How to do it you ask? Break out your telephone, call them, and ask to reduce your interest rate. Mention that you have sitting in front of you, a credit card with a lower interest rate. Possibly a zero percent interest rate for 6 months, which then turns into a 8% rate. If your current rate is 22%. A simple call will lower it. Mention that you are looking to balance transfer unless they lower your interest rate. Be nice to the operator. If they cannot drop the interest rate, speak to the supervisor. In most cases, after speaking with the supervisor they will drop your rate. To threaten to leave is the key.

A set of ripped abs is the first thing most people notice when you take off your top. Whether you are at the beach, or lying around and relaxing at a friends pool or BBQ or even mowing the lawn with your top off, people are going to notice your physique or lack of it.
If you are a bit flabby and overweight then you may find less sensitive people chuckle at you or make comments about you to friends and colleagues. Although this is unpleasant it can be a harsh cruel reality.
If you are thin, you will probably fly under the radar and not get noticed. If you have a six pack though, or wash board abs, you are going to attract the attention that everyone desires. Getting a set of abs though is a tough road to follow. It requires determination, discipline and a map to follow. This is the map that you need to follow.
The most important factor
You may spend hours down the gym performing every conceivable abdominal exercise, but nobody will notice your abs if your body fat percentage is too high.
You may think this is not a consideration for you because you are slim and never been called fat in your life. However, there is a great deal of difference between being slim and having a low enough body fat percentage to reveal a great set of abs.
The goal is for between an eight to ten percent body fat level. Anything above this and you are not going to see your abs. There are a number of online tools for measuring your body fat percentage but they are inaccurate. The best way is to invest in a pair of digital calipers to get the most accurate reading. These can easily be bought online and are not particularly expensive.
Only after you start to measure your body fat percentage will you begin to appreciate where you are in your quest to getting a six pack.

Whenever you consider 6 pack abs for sure the very first thing which will go through your intellect is the tiring intestinal work-outs that have been done to reach it, but is this actually true, or merely a parable that we have got to go through inconceivable abdominal exercises if we’re going to be rewarded with a six pack? Well, to sum the answer up in one word it may be ‘Myth’.
Abdominal crunches target the rectus abdominus muscle – the sheath of muscle that runs up the front of the abdomen. a total intestinal workout should involve all three major muscles of the abdomen to realize a tight silhouette, good posture and overall core strength.
There is a big amount of info online and the market today, don’t be confused into believing the most costly is the best, this some distance from the truth and hunting around a little will show you that.
Located to the side of the rectus abdominus are the internal and exterior oblique muscles. These muscles run diagonally from the sides to the mid-line of the body and stick to the ribs. The oblique muscles are responsible for twisting and bending of the torso and for rib movement.
The obliques should be worked in conjunction with the rectus abdominus to avoid muscle imbalances that can lead to painful muscle tears. The oblique muscles are best worked by any abdominal exercise that involves twisting motions, such as side crunches or twisting leg raises.
By turning ninety degrees, hold yourself up on one arm and keep your body still just like before. This is going to be harder than the ordinary plank but if you keep abreast of it, you can swiftly see gains in your midsection. So to make the most out of them, be certain to stay consistent and keep correct form.
Don’t give up if you don’t achieve results in the following couple of weeks. Like many things, it needs time to achieve results, but if you keep with it, I guarantee that you may see the result. You also must know that abs exercising plans are more challenging than those that are held in reserve for weight management.
A total abdominal workout does not need a huge amount of gym time, in fact, all the major intestinal muscles can be worked during commercial breaks, or while playing on the floor with a baby. Taking the time to work all the intestinal muscles will not just improve posture and appearance, it’ll stop back injury and, most significantly, boost self esteem.
