Food is 80% of the battle when trying to lose weight and 20% of it is exercise. Most people get enough exercise, its just what we are eating that is keeping us fat.
Procrastination is the biggest issue when trying to lose weight. We have all be someone that has put things off till tomorrow or Monday, but we know all too well that Monday won’t ever come around and we will end up fatter down the track.
